Donation Request

We appreciate your donation request and take pride in our commitment to contribute to our local community by supporting various local causes and events. While we receive a high volume of requests, we strive to assist events that align with our goal of inspiring others to appreciate the beauty of the outdoors. Our resources only allow us to support organizations and events related to the categories we offer. Please reach out to us in the future if you plan a benefit involving one of the categories mentioned.

Please note the following:

  1. Organizations requesting donations must be a registered 501(c)3 non profit organization.
  2. Priority is given to events & causes supporting our Mission statement & outdoor recreation.
  3. We are a Family Owned single location business & therefore, can only consider donation requests from our local area. Not for a event that takes place outside of our normal client geographical area.
  4. Please submit your donation request online at least 60 days in advance of your event. You will receive a reply if your request is approved.
  5. Firearms are only eligible for a discount, not a full donation. Any recipient would be required to pass the necessary ATF background check.

If your request is approved:

  1. A member of our team will contact you via the email address and/or phone number you provide.
  2. In most cases donations are made in the form of product(s) or a Gift Card. If you would like to request a discounted firearm for your organization, please email us at info@huntersheadquarters.com
