Firearm Transfers
Have a firearm or other item you need to transfer? We handle both inbound and outbound ATF transfers.
For inbound transfers, have the FFL licensee that is sending the item to us contact us via email at transfer@hutnersheadquarters.com. We will provide them with a copy of our FFL so they can transfer the item to us. Once we receive the firearm and get the paperwork completed we will contact you directly so you can come in and perform the necessary ATF background check and accept the firearm.
Due to the volume of transfers we handle there is typically a 24 hour period to process the paperwork once the firearm has arrived. Even if you have already purchased the firearm you will still need to complete and pass the necessary background check in order to take possession of the firearm.

Transfer Fees
Inbound:
- Firearms: $50.00 per firearm
- NFA Items: $75.00 Per Item
OUTBOUND:
- Firearms: $50.00 per firearm, plus shipping
- NFA Items: $75.00 per item plus shipping-
- All shipping will be insured for your declared value for each item shipped.
For Outbound transfers, bring us the firearm or item you need to transfer along with the contact information of the FFL you wish to transfer the item to. We will contact the FFL and initiate the proper paperwork, then ship the item for you
